Breakfast is served in the kitchen area from 8:30 am until 11 am (coffee from 7:30). Please let us know if you have any special requirements.

Check in is at 2 pm. We will advise you on arrival if your room is available at an earlier time.

Check out is at 12 pm. A late checkout may be possible on request.

We have our own craft beer brewery on site! Try our Biercito Cerveza Artesanal on tap or bottled in the bar area. We offer an honour system where you may serve and record your own drinks from the refrigerator in the bar.

We do not accept credit cards, your bill can be paid in cash (pesos, dollars or euros), Paypal (5.3% extra commission), or by local bank transfer (if your account is located in the European Union, USA, UK, or Australia – speak to us for details).

No smoking is permitted inside your room. However, you’re welcome to enjoy a smoke on the balcony or in the bar area.

Avoid mosquitoes at night by using the provided plug-in repellent device in your room. A fresh mat has to be inserted every night for proper function.

The coloured towels in your room may be taken to the beach.

When you return from the beach, please remove the sand from your feet in the shower beside the bamboo trees before entering your room.

We want to save water, please put the towels on the floor if you would like us to change them.

Earplugs are provided for your convenience

Your room is equipped with a personal safe. It is advisable to use it for your valuables.

As a guest, you are responsible for your keys at all times. We do not provide a key holding service.

When you enter and leave the property please ensure the main gate is locked.

If you wish to bring any visitors into the property, please register them with us beforehand.

If you are satisfied with the service in our hotel, our employees would be very grateful for a gratuity for their work, which may be left with us on payment of your bill. This will be shared equally amongst our team of kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance staff.

BEACH

The closest and most beautiful beach is Carrizalillo, 150 meters from Villa Lili.

Bacocho beach is open sea, beautiful for watching the sunset or for walking.

Zicatela and la Punta Zicatela can be reached in 10-15 mins by taxi. Great for watching surfers, but dangerous for swimming.

Taxis cost between 80 to 100 pesos in town.

THINGS TO DO
Yoga: Close to our hotels is the following place

Dolphin watching: Omar’s Sport Fishing is a very good suggestion, the cost is 500 pesos per person, the tour leaves at 6:50 am from the hotel. He is a very eco-friendly tour guide. (Best season from December to March but this is a migratory area so we always have dolphins around)
Birdwatching at Manialtepec/Chacahua Lagoon: Lalo Ecotours is a good suggestion for the tour (Best time for birdwatching is December to March), cost 750 pesos per person
Bioluminescence Manialtepec/Chacahua Lagoon: This is a phenomenon that depends on many factors but sometimes we have it all the year around. The visibility strongly depends on the moon phase, please talk to us before booking. The suggested tour guide is Lalo Ecotours, the cost is 300 p/p and they pick you up around 8:00 pm from the hotel.
Releasing Baby turtles: There are 3 camps around town, the camp that operates almost the whole year is in Bacocho beach. The activity starts around 17:00 hrs. The other camps are located outside of town and operate from December to May. We can help you to book a taxi, which will charge 400 pesos for the return trip, and the activity starts around 5 or 6pm
Reforma Waterfall is a beautiful place located closer to the mountains. It can be reached by car in 1hour 30 minutes on a dirt road. You do a tour or rent a car or taxi. A taxi charges around 1500 pesos and the trip is from 9:00 to 16:00 hrs. However, during raining season it is not possible to go there.
Horseback riding to the hot springs: This is a half-day tour to the hot springs in the mountains, the suggested tour guide is Lalo Ecotours. In raining season it is not possible to do it. Speak to us for details, pricing, and availability.
Surfing: If you would like to take a lesson, Oasis Surf School (Blvd. Benito Juarez) or the surfers on Carrizalillo beach (ask for Luis Cruz) are good options.
Arrivals of turtles: Escobilla is one of the most important beaches in the world for massive arrivals of turtles to lay their eggs. This amazing phenomenon happens between July and October around the new moon phase. Further information is available on the Facebook webpage “Centro Ecoturistico Escobilla”. You can reach this place with Taxi or with a Tour guide.
Sport Fishing: Omar’s Sport Fishing is a really good option; the cost is 4500 pesos for half of the day. Depending on the time of the year you will catch Tuna, Mahi-mahi, Sailfish, or Marlin.
Spanish Lessons: There are two schools nearby, Oasis Surf and Cafe Choc, both walking distance on the Blvd. Benito Juarez.



NICE TO KNOW
Where to buy groceries?
Local Market, open from 7 to 17hrs. You can find fish, beef, chicken, vegetables, fruits and a bit of handcrafts.
Mini Super 69, open from 6 to 22hrs, is the closest grocery store to Quinta / Villa Lili. Good selection.
Chedraui is the biggest supermarket in town (like a Wal-Mart).
Where to wash your clothes?
On the Boulevard Benito Juarez there are 2 laundry places, drop your clothes and later you can pick it up. The cost is around 15 pesos per kilogram.
Banks
On the Boulevard Benito Juarez there is one ATM in the Minisuper 69, but we have ATMs in town and banks (Banamex, Bancomer, Banorte, Santander and HSBC). The Closest is Santander
OUTSIDE PUERTO
To reach Roca Blanca and Chacahua there are vans that go every hour from Hidalgo Avenue

Chacahua is 40 km from Puerto to the north on the 200 road. It is a 60 km wide lagoon, you can find surfing, bird watching, bioluminescence, and a crocodile farm.

Roca Blanca is 25 km from Puerto to the north on the 200 road - a beautiful beach.
To reach the following places the cheapest option will be the bus line “Sur”, leaving from the bus station ADO, or by Taxi

Agua Blanca is 25 km from Puerto to the south on the 200 road - a beautiful beach

There is an iguana reptile sanctuary 28 km from Puerto to the south on the 200 road. You can see babies and big iguanas, both from the green and black variety.

Ventanilla is a small lagoon 40 km from Puerto. It is full of crocodiles and interesting animals, located very close to Mazunte and it is possible to do boat tours.

Mazunte is a small town around 1 hour 20 mins from Puerto Escondido. It is a beautiful area with many different beaches.

Huatulco is famous for snorkeling, about 2 hrs. south on the 200 road. There are 9 bays, a resort area, and a bigger airport.
